PGMEA 99.5% Semiconductor Solvent
PGMEA 99.5% Semiconductor Solvent (CAS 108-65-6, molecular formula C6H12O3) is a process chemical for electronics and metal finishing, where trace metal content and particle contamination matter as much as headline assay.
