What we collect

• Order and account information — name, company, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone number.
• Enquiry content — what you write to us, including any specification or documentation you attach.
• Compliance information — for regulated products and first orders, business registration details and the intended end use of the material.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.

Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our systems.

Why we hold it

To process and deliver orders; to issue Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets and invoices; to answer enquiries; to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to chemical supply, including end-use records for regulated products; and to prevent fraud.

End-use and business registration records exist because chemical supply is regulated. We keep them for as long as the applicable regulations require, which may be longer than the commercial relationship.

Who we share it with

Freight forwarders and carriers, so consignments can be delivered and dangerous goods documented correctly; our payment provider; and regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to disclose. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
