How to check us out
Verify the supplier, not the marketing
Anyone can publish a five-star quote. What actually protects a buyer is documentation you can test against, a batch you can trace, and a supplier who tells you when something is out of specification.
What you can verify
Four checks worth running on any chemical supplier
Including us. If a supplier cannot pass these, the reviews on their website are not the reassurance you need.
- Ask for a batch COA before you order
Not a typical-values sheet — a real Certificate of Analysis from a recent batch, with a batch number, test dates and measured results. A supplier who can only produce a generic specification sheet is not testing what they ship.
- Check the SDS against the product
Section 3 should match the composition you were quoted, and section 14 should carry a transport classification consistent with the hazard. Mismatches between the quotation and the SDS are the earliest warning sign there is.
- Buy the smallest pack first
One kilogram or one litre, run against your own incoming specification, before you commit to a drum or a pallet. It costs very little and it is the only test that reflects your process rather than someone else’s.
- Ask what happens when a batch fails
The answer tells you more than any testimonial. Ours: send the batch number and your result, we pull the manufacturer’s retained sample data for that batch, and if the material is out of specification we replace or credit it.

Batch traceability
Every consignment carries the manufacturer’s batch number on the COA and on the pack. If you need to trace a finished product back to an input two years from now, the record is there.
Published specification
Assay, appearance, key impurity limits and the hazard classification are on the product page before you buy, not disclosed after the order.
Current SDS
Sixteen-section Safety Data Sheet with every consignment. If a classification changes in your jurisdiction, ask and we reissue rather than leaving you with a stale copy.
Correct transport classification
UN number, hazard class and packing group confirmed at quotation for regulated lines — before you plan a delivery date around it.
We decline business
Controlled substances and precursors outside a licensed supply chain, and prescription-controlled actives, are not in the catalogue and will not be sourced on request.
We say when we are wrong
Out of specification, damaged in transit, or shipped in error — replaced or credited at our cost, without an argument about whose fault it was.
A straight answer
Why there are no customer quotes on this page
Most chemical supplier websites carry a row of smiling procurement managers saying the service was excellent. Those quotes are trivially easy to invent, and a buyer evaluating a new supplier knows it.
We would rather give you something you can act on. When we have customers willing to be named and quoted, their words will appear here with their company attached. Until then this page holds the checks you can run yourself and the commitments you can hold us to.
If you want to speak to an existing customer before placing a significant order, ask. Where a customer has agreed to act as a reference we will make the introduction.
Email the desk with the product and volume you are considering, and we will tell you whether we have a customer in a comparable application who has agreed to take reference calls.
